yeah let me specify... carolina beach is usually flat. i only go out there when there are decent swells (cause its two hours away and i dont drive) and 4-5 ft is real good for carolina beach

the winds have started to blow a little and its wendsaday morning. suppossedly we start getting huricane like weather (whatever that means) thurday morning. hmmm im going to an outdoor concert wednsday night with a hurricane coming wednsday morning. oh the excitement! ;D

hey guys all of your prayers and positive vibes must have worked cause the hurricane hit land and turned almost straight north. all i got here was about 50mph winds and no damage to my home ;D ;D and i only lost power for like 2 hours or so. Good work guys i think you scared isabel away!! |

I am glad you and your home were untouched. We got some heavy rain and strong winds here in Toronto too, but Isabel was only "a tropical storm" by the time it made it's way here. Weather looks clear for the weekend, yeah!!
